Dear Andy,

Now we have returned  from our wonderful holiday at The Lindens we just wanted to thank you very much for the beautiful meal you prepared, which was so delightfully served to us by Sally Ann.  Every course was delicious, beautifully presented and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.  It made the occasion very special for us.
