Meeks Catering have recently catered a buffet for a birthday celebration at Beaverbrook Barn in Somerset.
The Buffet included:
- Chicken satay skewers with peanut dipping sauce
- Goats cheese & red onion marmalade
- Cod gougons with tartare sauce
- King prawn skewers with garlic & herb mayonnaise
- Maple glazed cocktail sausage ms with whole grain mustard mayonnaise
- Duck spring rolls with hoisin sauce
