Meeks Catering have recently catered a buffet for a birthday celebration at Beaverbrook Barn in Somerset.

The Buffet included:

  • Chicken satay skewers with peanut dipping sauce
  • Goats cheese & red onion marmalade
  • Cod gougons with tartare sauce
  • King prawn skewers with garlic & herb mayonnaise
  • Maple glazed cocktail sausage ms with whole grain mustard mayonnaise
  • Duck spring rolls with hoisin sauce
