The sun was shining on the wedding we catered for over the weekend. Catering for over 90 guests at a lovely venue near Chippenham.
Congratulations to both Adam & Hayley on their big day.
Their barbecue menu included: Beef sirloin steaks with shallot, horseradish & tarragon butter, rosemary, lomon and garlic lamb chops with chimichurri dressing, spatchcock piri piri chicken with cherry tomaro, sweet red pepper & lime salsa, barbecue glazed baby back pork ribs, sweet chilli tiger prawn skewers with sesame & ginger, chickpea, lentil & coriander veggie burgers with sour cream & brioche buns, barbecue summer vegetables & halloumi cheese skewers, buttered corn on the cob and a selection of summer salads including; traditional coleslaw, caesar salad, plum tomatoes & bocconcini mozzarella salad with olive oil, balsamic & basil, assorted baby leaves with baked lemon dressing, new potato salad with spring onion, parsley & creme fraiche, citrus cous cous with apricots, coriander & feta cheese.
