Meeks catering have recently catered for a wedding of over 120 guests at Kilver Court in Shepton Mallet.

We provided a lovely barbecue menu including; traditional pork sausages, minted lamb chops with garlic & lemon and spatchcock piri piri chicken with tomato & lime salsa. The vegetarian options were chickpea, chilli & coriander veggie burgers with sour cream, sweet chilli salmon fillet with sesame & giner and corn on the cob. This was accompanied with salads including; traditional coleslaw, mixed baby salad leaves with baked lemon dressing, new potatoes with creme fraiche, spring onion & chevril, tabbouleh style cous cous with tomato, cucumber & mint and cherry plum tomatoes & bocconcini with sweet basil, balsamic & olive oil.
