I can’t tell you how much we all enjoyed the dinner you produced for us last Saturday. It was really delicious and of such a high standard.  Thank you  – and your wife – so much for your time and skill in producing it. I shall remember the loin of venison for a very long time and the parma ham starter was equally delicious.

Altogether, we had a really splendid weekend at Chaffeymore Grange – everyone was saying that we must do it again!
