Meek’s Catering have recently catered for a charity ball at Port Regis School in Motcombe, Dorset.

The event was for 140 guests, which included a menu of;

• Selection of 4 canapes (Confit Duck, toasted brioche, apple & fig chutney, cod gougons with tartare sauce, maple glazed chipolatas with mustard and roasted red pepper, tomato, basil & Parmesan palmiers)
• Spatchcock Chicken with roasted red pepper, tomato & sweet basil salsa
• Dark chocolate brownie with kirsch soaked cherries, marscapone & vanilla cream
• Local Cheese Board: Godminster vintage cheddar, Dorset Blue Vinney, Somerset Brie all served with cheese biscuits & homemade chutney
